I've been loving all my Payless ShoeSource shoes lately, but you know what I love even more? How their shoes are set up in store -- it's a smart concept that makes for a shoe shopper's heaven. Organized by size, all you have to do is find the sign with your magic number on it. Mine, of course, is 5. In each section, every pair in that size is on display, ready to be taken off the shelves. You never have to wait for a sales associate to grab your size from the back room. And more importantly, you never have to hear the words, "Sorry, we don't carry them in a 5" after waiting excitedly for them to come out. Not to mention the amazingly ridiculous prices. And if you're really lucky, you can even find great shoes in the kids section.
These wedged peep-toes were an easy "Yes!" I've worn them casually, professionally and now, at the cottage too. Plus, the yellow hue is a fab pop of colour. What's the harm in adding a second, third or 17th colour to your bright, bold look? So to sum up how I feel about these, I've made up my own word: cu-nique (a.k.a cute and unique).
