For me and my borderline Size 5 feet, shoe shopping in store is hard enough. So shopping online often feels like too much of a risk, especially when it comes to sale or clearance items that can't be returned. I just can't wrap my head around buying something even before knowing if it fits, and I'll admit that before this week, I was an online shoe shopping virgin.
But I decided to take a chance and I'm happy to say that after my first successful online shoe purchase, I've moved up to being a rookie. Yes, the shoes I ordered online fit perfectly and I'm obsessed. These blue beauties are basically a standard pump with a few twists that make them special -- things like the uniquely-shaped heel, the removeable ankle strap and the topline that comes to a soft point instead of being round. Plus, this stunning shade of blue makes them great for colour blocking or adding a pop of colour to a neutral outfit.
So, with this great experience in mind (including the super fast home delivery from Hudson's Bay), I'm going to try to have a little more faith in shoe shopping, both online and in store.
