The classic Converse shoes are a must-have staple for me. Apparently, Chucks are supposed to look beat up, so I kept my last pair for as long as I possibly could. But the time came when "beat up" was an understatement. So those are gone.
Of course, I couldn't get rid of them without having new ones first. I knew I could get away with purchasing a kids pair and shave about $20 off the adult price. So I tried on a kids Size 3 (which is typically a women's Size 5) and they were HUGE! I ended up with a kids Size 2 and I gotta say, that's probably the smallest I've ever gone. But Converse fit a little bigger than the average shoe and the ones that came home with me feel great.
